L’Ambasciata d’Italia a L’Aja intende affidare a soggetti pubblici o privati, mediante sponsorizzazione, il catering per la seguente iniziativa: “Celebrazione della Festa Nazionale Italiana 2025 nei Paesi Bassi”, da organizzarsi il 2 giugno 2025.
A tale scopo, questa Ambasciata, dietro corrispettivo in denaro, o forniture di beni e/o servizi, offre la possibilità a soggetti pubblici o privati interessati in qualità di sponsor, di promuovere la propria immagine attraverso la pubblicazione e divulgazione del logo dello sponsor sui Media, nei banner, negli inviti ufficiali della Festa Nazionale Italiana 2025 nei Paesi Bassi, attraverso i contatti dell’Ambasciata con il corpo diplomatico e le autorità locali nonché sulla pagina web dell’Ambasciata.
I soggetti interessati devono far pervenire a questa Sede “Ambasciata d’Italia – Parkstraat 28, 2514 JK Den Haag”, una domanda in busta chiusa, oppure all’indirizzo PEC amb.laja@cert.esteri.it, contenente l’indicazione “Domanda per la sponsorizzazione per la Celebrazione della Festa Nazionale Italiana 2025 nei Paesi Bassi”, entro le ore 12.00 del giorno 3 maggio 2025.
Il Responsabile del Procedimento è la Dott.ssa Silvia Principi.
La domanda deve contenere:
- le generalità del richiedente e/o la ragione sociale dell’impresa;
- l’accettazione delle condizioni previste nel presente avviso;
- l’offerta economica.
La domanda deve essere accompagnata dalle seguenti autocertificazioni attestanti:
- l’inesistenza di condizioni pregiudizievoli o limitative della capacità contrattuale dello sponsor;
- l’inesistenza di procedure concorsuali o fallimentari (in caso di imprese o società);
- l’inesistenza di impedimenti derivanti dalla sottoposizione a misure cautelari;
- l’indicazione dei soggetti muniti di rappresentanza in caso di imprese, associazioni o fondazioni;
- l’impegno ad assumere tutte le responsabilità e gli adempimenti inerenti e conseguenti al messaggio pubblicitario ed alle relative autorizzazioni.
Le offerte presentate saranno suddivise secondo le seguenti categorie:
– Silver da Euro 1.000 a Euro 5.000
– Gold da Euro 5.000 a Euro 10.000
– Platinum oltre Euro 10.000
Per ciascuna delle predette categorie sarà previsto un livello di visibilità corrispondente.
La scelta è rimessa al Capo Missione, coadiuvato da una Commissione composta da 3 membri.
La Sede si riserva di rifiutare qualsiasi offerta di sponsorizzazione pervenuta dalla quale possa derivare conflitto di interessi, che possa arrecare pregiudizio o danno all’immagine e all’attività di questa Sede o che sia contraria ai principi generali dell’ordinamento giuridico italiano e locale e vietata dalla legge.
Il Capo Missione, valutata la documentazione prodotta, proporrà al soggetto interessato un apposito “contratto di sponsorizzazione”, secondo lo Schema di contratto di sponsorizzazione Festa nazionale 2025, che acquisterà efficacia con la firma per accettazione del soggetto interessato.

The Italian Embassy in The Hague intends to entrust the catering for the following initiative to public or private entities, by means of sponsorship: ‘Celebration of the Italian National Day 2025 in the Netherlands’, to be organised on 2 June 2025.
To this end, this Embassy, in exchange for money, or supplies of goods and/or services, offers the possibility to interested public or private entities as sponsors to promote their image through the publication and dissemination of the sponsor’s logo in the media, on banners, on official invitations to the Italian National Day 2025 in the Netherlands, through the Embassy’s contacts with the diplomatic corps and local authorities, as well as on the Embassy’s website.
Interested parties must send an application in a sealed envelope to: ‘Embassy of Italy – Parkstraat 28, 2514 JK Den Haag’, or to the PEC address amb.laja@cert.esteri.it, containing the indication ‘Application for sponsorship for the Celebration of the Italian National Day 2025 in the Netherlands’, by 12.00 noon on 3 May 2025.
The person in charge of the procedure is Dr Silvia Principi.
The application must contain:
- the applicant’s details and/or the company name;
- acceptance of the conditions set out in this notice;
- the financial offer.
The application must be accompanied by the following self-certifications attesting to:
- the non-existence of conditions prejudicial or limiting the contractual capacity of the sponsor;
- the non-existence of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings (in the case of companies or corporations);
- the non-existence of impediments deriving from the subjection to precautionary measures;
- the indication of the subjects with power of representation in the case of companies, associations or foundations;
- the commitment to assume all responsibilities and fulfilments inherent and consequent to the advertising message and the relative authorisations.
The offers presented will be subdivided according to the following categories:
– Silver: from 1,000 to 5,000 euros
– Gold: from 5,000 to 10,000 euros
– Platinum: over 10,000 euros
Each of the above categories will be assigned a corresponding level of visibility.
The choice will be made by the Head of Mission, assisted by a committee of 3 members.
The Embassy reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship offer received that may give rise to a conflict of interest, that may be detrimental or damaging to the image and activities of this Embassy or that is contrary to the general principles of Italian and local law and prohibited by law.
After evaluating the documentation submitted, the Head of Mission will propose a specific ‘sponsorship contract’ to the interested party, according to the Template for the sponsorship contract National Day 2025, which will become effective upon signature for acceptance by the interested party.
